    Hi Barbara – how old was your Oikos yogurt? I’ve found that sometimes my yogurt doesn’t set if my starter is old. Otherwise, it sounds like it should have worked.

    I just saw your note. All I can say is that I bought the yogurt and brought it home to make some more. It was Oikos plain greek yogurt with live cultures. I’ll check expiration date when I make it again. I really appreciate you taking the time to send me your note.

    The last step is mentioned very quickly in the video. Did you strain your yogurt? It comes out of the Instapot runny. I give mine several hours of straining, longer time = thicker yogurt. I make a batch of yogurt every week.
